Prenatal Yoga Training

I am currently taking a teacher prenatal yoga training course offered by Nine Moons. We had out first class last Saturday. It was great, I loved it! I am so excited to learn more about prenatal yoga, it is truly one of the best exercises a pregnant mama can do. It encorporates movement, breathe, labor positions, and strength training all in one class. Please sign up at least once a week for any prenatal yoga class offered near you!

Practicing yoga during pregnancy is perhaps the most powerful thing a woman with child can undertake.

Prenatal Yoga is good for both mom and her child. Pregnant women must do yoga, because it's feeling better and reduce any type of harassment, tension and stress.
